I LOVE:
My Santoku knife(sp?) I use it for everything including crushing my garlic so I don't have to use my press!
I also oveo ur dishwasher!!! We rent and didn't have one and so DH's Grandmother found us a countertop one, it doesn't hold a lot but I LOVE not havin to wash everything!
