what is normal/good progesterone number ?

okay was on crinone.....not enough for me ..kept getting early early afs and spotting.

last cycle did pio shots of one mg..... got neg beta and the prog at the time was around 11.

dr b said not a bad number but should be higher on pio.

so this cycle going to do two mgs of pio starting sun.

is there a chart somewhere of optimal blood prog numbers during cycle and if you get pg?

theres no optimal number but they like it to be above 10. so if you were 11 it shows it worked but just enough. so that makes sense that he would up the dose.

when i got my first BFP (that ended in chemical) i had a beta at either 14DPO or 15DPO and the beta was 42 and the progesterone was around 30 and dr. B said that was a great number. i ended m/c shortly after (not due to progesterone).
when i got my BFP this time around my first beta was at 8dp5dt (13dpo), and the beta was 197 and the progesterone was also near 200 . i did originally get pregnant with 2 though so maybe it was super high for that reason. at first i was concerned that it was so high but Linda at dr. B's just said it was a great number. also, for the first BFP i was on crinone, the second was after IVF so i was on 2 CCs of PIO. even with the high progesterone number i stayed on 2CC's until i stopped altogether at 10w.
