At the language (ESL) school I work at, we have a graduation every Friday. Students graduate at different times depending on how many weeks of instruction they paid for. Often, they buy a few months and some a year. We (the teachers) have to make a speech and then the student comes up and makes a speech. I always tear up if it is a student that has been there for a long time. I hate saying goodbye and there have been a few times when I have cried.
I also tear up if a student that couldnt speak a word of English when they first arrived, makes a speech and their English has really improved. I feel so proud to be a part of that and their whole experience.

Omg, whenever I hear I'll Be Seeing You...it makes me cry. It reminds me of my grandma.
Also, if I'm at a sporting event, like baseball, and the crowd gets all fired up,for some reason I get teary. Not that I'm sad or anything..I just get teary, in a happy way. I don't know...I'm a weirdo. 
I get like this too.
I got all choked up in the opening scene of the Lion King (Broadway, not movie). I wasn't sad either, it was emotional.
Omg...yes, me too. I think music is just so powerful it really can get to you.

You know that Francesco Rinaldi spaghetti sauce commercial, where they have the kind of sad violin music playing in the background? That makes me tear up! One day that commercial came on, and Bama (the dog) was staring at me with the saddest look on his face while that violin music was playing in the background. It was almost too much for me to handle
(And the reason why Bama was giving me the sad look was because I was eating something and he wanted some )

Ok there are tons for me but the dumbest one is..
When watching trading spaces (which I hate actually), and they show the people the finished rooms, I always get choked up! Its the weirdest feeling ever!!!!!!!! I hate home renovations and I usually hate the shows but for some reason when I watch this one, it gets to me. I am nuts!

Older people eating alone make me tear up too.
I literally got a pang in my stomach when I read this - whenever I see an old person alone, or walking with packages, or eating alone, or ANYTHING alone, I get all choked up!!!

I hear the drums in the marching band and i get all choked up.

any sentimental moment on TV or in a book...Like a surprise baby shower or a wedding...I always tear up...What a SAP I am!
