I have never had a guacamole in a restaurant that tastes better than the one I make
Oooh can you share the recipe please? I'm always searching for an amazing one.
Sure! It's from All Recipes. Recipe link
Ingredients: 3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed 1 lime, juiced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup diced onion (I use red onion always) 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional- I don't use that) or fresh jalapenos to taste
Instructions: In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
Thank you! That looks so good! I'm one of the few people that actually loves cilantro

I do too. I feel it makes the guac to be honest. And everyone thinks it's odd but the garlic in there- is what gives it more flavor. I find a lot of guac is very bland. The garlic really punches it up

Not a thing! Hate cooking. Actually loathe it. Before I had kids I used to bake but can't be bothered now.

It does! And whenever I eat guac without cilantro it definitely feels incomplete and off.

I make a delicious cheesecake. I also make a great French toast bake (but that’s the pioneer woman’s recipe.)

Sounds good. I don’t usually put meat in my baked ziti, just lasagna. Might try it.
My cheese mix is similar. I have always added onion and garlic to it.
