What is the average commission rate for broker these days?
My broker charges 6%, but she reduced it to 4.5% - are we paying to much? Our listing expired and now's the time to re-negotiate!!

I would say 4-5% is average
I get 6% on short sales - but the bank pays that and I handle the processing myself
