What is this I'm seeing?? W/final update
No time to make a fake name...I'm 11 weeks with #3 (if you know me in real life, nothing on fb please ) I was googling the Ramzi theory and looked at my last sono (7 weeks) to compare. As I was looking at it, I noticed something I haven't noticed before. Pic in my album....Does that not look like a 2nd sac by the blue arrow? It looks like there's something in it, too (I've been zooming in for 20 min now). I should add they had a ton of trouble during the sono for a few reasons. Baby is laying in a strange way apparently. If it does look like there is a second, could they have missed it?
Update: I'm desperate for an answer so I emailed ask the doctor. This is his response: "Yes, with the appearance on ultrasound pic which you have sent there do appear to be a twin gestation with twice gestational sacs and likely dichorionic diamniotic twins. But it is requested that more pictures can be sent across for better opinion and a repeat ultrasound can be undertaken as of now at 12 weeks to finally confirm the diagnosis."
I won't believe it til I see it but wow, just wow.
Update #2: emailed the pic to my mfm doctor and it could be a subchoronic hematoma but we won't know which it is until I'm seen. I'm going to my ob tomorrow to find out. Please say a little prayer all is ok. I'm more concerned about it being a s.h. than twins.
Final update: my mfm doctor was able to fit me in and the ONE baby is measuring beautifully. All is well. Thank you for your thoughts. As for the mystery spot, it's gone. Thank you for all of your insight and we'll wishes!!

My cousin is having twins and to be honest yes that is kinda how her sonogram looked (like yours) I would call on Monday and inquire. It could be nothing or it could be something, epecially if you said they had trouble getting a good picture.Good Luck and please update! =)

Thank you...not quite sure what to call and say but hopefully I'll find the words in the next 2 days. My next appointment is in 12 days at 13 weeks. Idk if I can hold out that long lol

The yolk sac was identified at 6 weeks and 7 weeks on the other side. I'm seriously  as to what it can be. It doesn't help my hcg #s quintupled each time and this is the 1st time I don't need progesterone because my numbers were high. I know those really don't mean squat but it's different from both of my other pregnancies.

its possible. Although im surprised they didnt say anything to you at the sonogram. Its not really something they should keep to themselves.

I truthfully don't think the tech saw it. It was such a strange sono. She had difficulty because of my cervix and scar tissue of sorts. Once she got a measurement and a heartbeat she stopped poking around.

I definitely will! Thank you! What would you call and say? I saw my ob two weeks ago but he didn't do a sono and didn't see this one. My sono is scheduled for the 17th with him and the 10th with my mfm doctor.

Whoa!!! Either way, yay! But, don't you feel a little better now you emailed him? It's gonna feel like forever till the next sono! Be prepared, I was there forever with my 12 week one because they would both not cooperate with the pics/angles they needed.

Just to clarify, I didn't ask my doctor, I emailed ask the doctor, an online doctor out of desperation. I do feel a little better but I'll be calling my doctor tomorrow just for his opinion. I'm thrilled either way. Thanks for all of your help!
