What is your 9 month old eating for breakfast?
I need some ideas for DS, he's on strictly table food. He has fruit every morning, but I also give him either cheerios, oatmeal or toast. I'm gong to Whole Foods today to get him pancake mix that can be used with his diet, so we'll add that in to the mix.
He's allergic to dairy, soy, egg, tree nuts & peanuts.
Any ideas?

honestly, I don't see anything wrong with giving him some chicken or beef for breakfast, he needs to get used to eating protein in the morning. I feel like they need to learn to eat balanced early on, IMO. Yogurt and Eggs are usually our breakfast food, but if DS was allergic, he'd be having steak with a side of blueberries.
Can he eat nuggets yet?

Thanks for the response Shana. I'm not giving meats until after the first year. I was holding off anyways, but his ped suggested it also because he is having a lot of undigested food show up in his stool. I don't think (and his ped agrees) that his digestive system has fully matured yet.
