Ronan is long and lanky with the tiniest hint of a hard litle potbelly. He's got my DH's family trait noassatall

Declan is just like his Mama stocky, solid with a nice round little butt

Oh, the poor thing is built just like me. hes got a cute little butt, my thighs and tall from my idiot father. He is suoer thin, but 31lbs. He looks older because of his height but his shape is all me.

DS is like his daddy, skinny, with a little bit of a belly.

DD looks like me, chunky thighs, chunky hiney. Why is this look adorable and cute on a 9 month old but not a 31 year old?

Both boys big chunka until about 18 months. Colin is starting to thin out. Ryan, at nearly 3 is tall and thin - but def. not lanky. They both have meat on their thighs ala me.

DS is built like his father who is half Hawaiian. Who am I kidding he's the spitting image of his dad. Very thick and dense bones. He's going to be a bruiser.

DH's body. Wide shoulders, long square torso, short legs.

DD is petite and solid with short legs and long torso just like her mama.

It's hard to tell at 8 months- but I THINK my DD is going to have my body type.
She has always been in the 50th percentile for weight but the 70 something for length.
I can see that her torso is pretty long and lean when I undress her.

I think she is going to be tall and thin like me.

Luckily DS is just like DH tall and skinny unfortunately he has no butt like DH and myself

DD is tall and skinny- just like me (except the skinny part!)

DD is my mini me...body type and looks (minus the hair!)
shes got long muscular legs and a little pot belly...i had to exact same thing when i was that age! my skating coaches always knew when i was going to grow because i would get my little belly then shoot up lol

Being that you ask this....do you think what their body type now as toddlers is what it will be when they get older?

DD has very large thighs, still does after losing much of her baby fat. But I am not sure if this is her body type as she gets older, or just the last of the baby fat that will be lost over time.

I don't know how I would describe my DD. I think she is built stockier like DHs family.

DS is tall for his age but he surely doesn't get that from DH or I.

He has chunky thighs which are all me. Broad shoulders from DH. An adorable rounded tummy (embarrassed to say that's probably me). DH's tushie.

He seems to have DH's quick metabolism so I'm hoping that he'll eventually be like DH who can eat anything and everything and nevers gains a pound.

He's a long, lean machine.

Not my body type at all, or DHs for that matter, but there are some tall, thin people in my family and some thin ones in DHs--came from someplace!

Though it is too early, I think she will be tall and skinny, just like daddy.

DD has skinny little legs, skinny little arms, a small frame/shoulders and the biggest belly ever! Poor girl Hopefully its just a phase

DD is tall like DH, but pretty chubby. She's thinning out as she grows, but still has the BEST chubba thighs and a belly! I was a petite little thing growing up (not anymore!!) but Dh was similar to DD..so I think she'll be tall like him with looong legs.

Right now my son is built like a brick house. That is not how I would describe either myself or DH.

He's built like all the boys on my side of the family. Solid, chunky kids. We make 'em big. He has short legs, like me though. But right now, I don't really know who's frame he has.

Abby is a petite little miss. Everything about her is tiny.

Jeremy is built thick and solid like his father. He is 2 years and 10 days younger than his sister and she weighs less than 10 pounds more than him.

Neither kids are built like me. We have no idea where Abby came from and have long suspected that she was switched at birth.
