Im not fond of SSA's list. I feel it's kind of incorrect. They dont take into account the different spellings of names...and list each name separately. (Same name, different spelling..)
My name was in the top 10 in the year I was born..yet I could NEVER find a single thing with my name it when I was growing up....

Genevieve was #393 in 2005....it looks like it is becoming more popular - it has gone up every year and is now at 288
Billy (actually William) was #8 in 2007
Charlotte is not listed for 2010, but in 2009 was #68. I still wish I went with Charlie, which was #616 in 2009
My name, Michelle, was #11 in 1982
DH, William, was #15 when he was born in '81

In 2009 my name was 309

DD (Joanna) was # 301 in 2009, but she was born in 2010..it's steadily become less popular, but hovering in the 200-300 spot
Me (Diana) was #75 in 1981 when I was born (I attribute this to the fact that's it the year Prince Charles married Diana- which is NOT why my mom chose it)
DH (Vincent) was #103 in 1982 and still hovering near there.

Looks like it's gone up in popularity slightly every year for the last 10 years...
