Buttercream and my all time fave is mocha cream, but not too many places have it.

anything with butter cream.
ditto on the butter cream! especially good with a mocha cake! 
at Francesco's bakery in hicksville they make this chocolate cake with a cream filling and layers of strawberry and bananas in between the layers....soooooooooooooo good!!!

White or yellow cake with half cannoli and the other half of the cake chocolate fudge.
Whipped cream topped cake as opposed to butter cream.
(Unless you go gourmet & get ganache or something fancy like that).
