But also, I like that it's just about being with family.. no gift giving, no expectations... just family.

i love thanksgiving - stuffing myself, getting drunk for 3 days straight and sleeping thru the weekend! ahh... the perfect holiday.

I don't celebrate Christmas, but I love the whole Christmas period, all the food, the decorations (in the stores, I don't decorate my house) and I love the fact that everything closes down for Christmas week. I love it.

I have a short attention span, so I tend to be into whichever one is coming up next. Like right now I'm sick of Christmas, but excited to work with dd on her class valentines. But the day after Thanksgiving I'll be all excited to decorate the house for Christmas again.

My favorite holiday is definetly Christmas. I love all of the decorating, wrapping the presents, sending out the cards, cooking and spending time with family & friends. Second favorite holiday is Halloween.
