My DSs are 15months apart. They are 3yrs and 23months now. I was 27yrs when DS#1 was born and 28yrs when DS#2 was born.
Drawbacks dealing with terrible 2s and trying 3s at the same time. Other then that I wouldn't have it any other way. They are the best of friends and have a love/hate relationship. I love the bond between the two of them and they entertain each other when I need a break 
DH and I always knew that we wanted them close together. #2 was planned.
NOW if we have a 3rd there will be a much bigger age gap (like 4-6yrs)...I'm not sure how that will go.

my 2 boys will be 15 months apart.
We wanted it that way. I wanted my first 2 to be close then we are going to decide on a 3rd.
No advice yet....DS#2 will be here in less than 8 weeks!
ETA: I was 30 for DS#1 and 31 for DS#2
I would like for DC#3 in 2-3 years just bc I need to gain more days back at work for maternity leave.
