Collagen Elastin Moisturizer by St. Ives, allow to dry
Dark circles corrector under eyes (yellow)
Blend concealer under eyes/over lid
Bronzer
Blush
Eyebrow pencil & brush
UD eyeshadow primer
"Naked" from UD Naked 1 Palette over entire lid
"Buck" from UD Naked 1 Palette in crease/along lash line
"Virgin" from UD Naked 1 Palette in the corner and as a highlight under my brow
Mascara
I do not use foundation.
Make-up takes me about 15 min in the morning.

Work/most I may not do mascara and only one shade of shadow on the lid. If I'm going on a Sat night, more shadow and mascara and darker lipstick.
No foundation or powder needed.

Some chapstick as I run to my car
I can get my routine down in 5 mins or less if I need to!

When going out of the house for work or "going out" whether it be dinner, a party, or a get-together, or any type of going out with DH...
-Bobbi Brown's under-eye concealer, dab the SMALLEST bit under each eye and I have a brush to apply it
-MAC studio fix perm press - it is a firm powder - foundation that I apply with a brush
-MAC blush
-MAC's very mild powder "bronzer" but I use that term loosely as it is very mild - but I just apply a bit to my forehead
-MAC's Stubborn Brown Eye Liner pencil which works great - a thin line on the lid above my eye outlining it and a thin line under my eye on the lower lid outlining it.
-MAC's prep and prime lash conditioner - it gives me the best results with my mascara because it preps it and allows them to look fuller and longer, love it! in fact, I get asked a lot if I have fake lashes! but I don't - it's just the prep and prime works awesome!
-Any old mascara, jet black
-MAC's "jest" which is a very faint taupe shadow with a shimmer in it - it's nice.
...that's the basic make-up deal -- now, if I'm going OUT I'll just add to the eyes, a smokey eye, maybe a deeper, darker color shadow, etc.
If I'm doing it really simple - I have the foundation from Bare Essentials or whatever that stuff is - I just apply that, with some simple blush (I have a bunch of colors so I'll use a subtle one) and then just a quick mascara and MAYBE just the lower eye liner - but nothing crazy.
And if I'm going to the gym - moisturizer, no make up. That's when I'm really pale hahaha

1. Clinique pore perfector on cheeks nose and chin
2. Makeup Forever OR Coastal Scents concealer on blemishes
3. Bobbi Brown corrector OR Eve Pearl Salmon concealor under eyes
4. I dot MakeUp Forever HD Foundation on my cheeks, chin, nose and forhead and blend with a flat kabuki brush
5. Sometimes i lightly use a pressed powder (MAC baked one or Rimmel Matte pressed powder) to reduce t zone shine
6. Too Faced Sun Bunny Bronzer all over
7. NYX Mocha blush
8. Curl lashes and apply any black mascara
9. Shadow in my eyebrows to make them fuller.
This takes me about 10 minutes and I think it looks really even and natural. DH thinks i dont need such a routine but i am very insecure when it comes to my skin

Foundation (gel-based)
Powder (Bare Minerals)
Blush
Eyebrow fill-in powder
Mascara
Sheer Lipstick
This routine just makes me look like I have good skin, not like I'm wearing a ton of makeup. But I know it totally depends on the kind of foundation I use, there are times I've tried different ones and think I look a lot more made up than I want to look.

Most people have under eye circles, in my experience anyway! if you don't, consider yourself very lucky! I've been wearing concealer since about 7th grade!
That area is actually paler than the rest of my face, which makes me look like a reverse raccoon. 
But I've been noticing bagginess lately, so I guess we all have our challenges to overcome. I was curious if it had any affect on bags, but I guess not.
I think you would know it if you needed an undereye concealer. I need it. Even on the days that I consider to be "no makeup days" I wear that unless my eye related allergies are just intolerable!! I think that applying it actually adds to wrinkling. I use one that is great for sensitive skin but I do not get the best coverage for the dark circles. I just wanted something gentle that made me look not sick!

I'm sure this has been done before, but someone happened to mention to me over the weekend that I wear too much makeup (which I totally disagree with....I don't look like Snooki or anything!). But, the comment was more about my foundation being too much.
For me I do a mouse foundation, a powder on top, some blush, 2 layers of eye shadow (darker on the whole lid and light in the corners) and mascara.
What do you do?
I do the same thing except I do not use powder. I do not use a mouse foundation though. I use the idol tiente by lancome.

BB Cream (Garnier- may stop though, haven't been loving it as much as usual)
Under eye concealer (Boing or Erase Paste)
bronzer or blush (Nars or Bare Escentials)
eyeliner (Almay pencil)
touch of eye shadow (Mac Naked Lunch)
mascara (Maybeline Great Lash- old school)
lipstick or gloss (always a nude type, I never wear color on my lips unless it's a super fancy event) Fave colors, Mac-Blankety, Nars Belle Du jour & Cruisin
Weekends:
Moisturize
under eye concealer
touch of eyeliner & mascara
touch of lipstick or gloss

I'm the same way. Mid'ish 30's and look much younger. Never really wear makeup except for blush because I'm so pale

To the OP - I've found that when I layer powder over foundation it looks too heavy and like I'm wearing too much makeup. I'd either switch to a very light translucent powder or to a mineral powder foundation.
My everyday routine:
Eye cream (I have oily skin so that's the only moisturizer I use)
Smashbox undereye brightener
Undereye concealer (Urban Decay) - my dark circles are 
Physician's Formula Mineral Powder foundation
Nars blush
Buxom mascara
Lip gloss or lip balm
On weekends or if we go out I wear shadow and/or liner.

I agree with LB wearing powder can be so tricky and age you a lot. I only wear it if I wear my BB cream as I need that "setting" powder, and even that is bare minerals mineral veil.
I wear:
BB cream
Bare Minerals warmth
Bare Minerals Mineral Veil
Mascara
Carmax chap stick
If i'm going out I do a moisturizer, bare minerals mineral foundation instead of BB cream, add eye shadow, blush, and a nude lipstick. I'm pretty basic and the more makeup I wear the more fake I look. Does that make sense? I really like the mineral stuff. I find wearing a liquid foundation is just to much for me. I'm always between colors so I always look fake. Either to light or to dark. Perhaps that's the issue or maybe it's not blending well?
