My Pistachio Green Kitchenaid mixer. 
My bowls. I have three different kinds for different purposes. Ceramic ones from Crate and Barrel, plastic ones from Williams Sonoma and Melamine ones from BB&B.
If I broke or lost one of those bowls, I would be devastated.
And even though I have 9 of them, I still long for the pretty green set that WS has on sale each spring.

my ultimate favorite are my knives. I use wooden spoons and my microplane grater a lot (zest,parmigiana,nutmeg).
Although I don't use it all that often, I adore my kitchenaid mixer.

ETA: My DH's Global Chef's knife. I was afraid of this thing at first, but it makes cutting and slicing just about anything SO much easier and enjoyable.
He also has a cook's knife, but it doesn't get used as much.

my wine opener..it's just a little gadget I got at a local wine store..nothing fancy.
My ceramic bowls I got 14 years ago for my bridal shower from my landlord. I still use them every day and I think about her often.
And most importantly, my shun chef's knives. Cannot live without them.

I love my Kitchenaid mixer also! It looks great and as I love to bake, it makes it easy to bake and clean!!
Also, I love my gas BBQ, I use it all the time, rain, snow, wind...

And my food mill. I just really dig that thing.

The only thing I do in the kitchen is bake, so I use the mixer every time. I think I only have one recipe that calls for hand mixing.
DH is the cook, I'm sure he wouldn't list the mixer if he was answering the question.

My Keurig coffee maker is my #1! 
I also love my garlic press and my smooth edge can opener. Both are the brand "xoxo"
Oh! And my rabbit! The wine opener (for all you dirty birds out there.  )
