What is your signature dish?
The dish you most like to make? the dish you are known for?
I tried my hand at scallops for Christmas Eve & they came out phenomenal.
I am a new scallop maker.

Mac salad - mom's recipe.
Depends on the crowd - who likes what. They generally like my cooking/dinners. Not so much for big parties though.

Mostly my dips. Baked clam dip, buffalo chicken dip, and spinach dip (even though I just use a variation of the Knorr's one).
I personally love my homemade sauce because I'm super picky with red sauce!

I actually would say bread is my signature thing. I bake a lot of bread, all different kinds, and people just love it and ask for it. Not sure if it's really superior, or if homemade bread is just one of those nice treats that people don't get to have often enough.

same here. coworkers constantly ask for my choc chip cookies... and i get a lot of requests from family for my oreo pudding pie and berry angel food cake.
