LOL I just told DH that my signature dishes are done on the Foreman Grill.
I do like meatloaf. My SIL gave me a recipe and we really do like it. Made with turkey meat.

Beef Wellington and risotto.
My strength is baking. Everyone likes my biscotti, mostly because I do a few different flavors. My chocolate chip hazelnut cookies are always a hit too.

Chicken parm - i always get requests for it
chocolate chip cookies - my friends call them "crack" cookies because I make like 5 dozen at a time and they are gone in 5 minutes
i also make a mean apple pie and other baked goods - i love baking from scratch

Everyone loves my quiche, lasagna (which I find funny since I'm not Italian), and antipasta salad.
Oh, and I shouldn't forget I make this Brie bread dip that is a huge hit as well as what I call "My Cucumber Sandwiches". But these items are really appetizers, not main dishes.

My Signature Dish aka the only thing I can make well is
Meatballs
I can also make lasagna pretty well but it's hard to mess that up just throwing all the fresh ingredients in. I don't do the sauce, that's DH's territory.

I would have to say my lasgna is a huge hit and my meatloaf & twice baked potatoes.
My potatoe & macaroni salada are also a big hit.
For deserts it would have to be either my pound cake or apple crumb pie.

dessert: pasta di mandorle - these almond cookies that my town in Italy is known for. I make hundreds every Christmas.
Dinner: chicken francese, carbonara sauce - i am just learning to cook, i know these are pretty lame 
oh yeah and my english muffin pizzas and homemade macaroni and cheese!!!!
