What kind of bread for stuffing?
I'm not going to lie, I like the bag of pepperidge farm bread cubes and I add all of my own ingredients. I like the way it soaks up the moisture because it is so dry. But I'm wondering if I should buy my own bread, dry it out & cube it up this year. Thoughts?

eh- i'm a fan of pepperidge farm too. i think in order for homemade bread cubes to really absorb all the moisture it would have to sit out a really long time.

Re: What kind of bread for stuffing?
i'm a fan of the bread cubes they have for the holidays... but if i'm going to make it from scratch, i go with corn bread... very different type of stuffing. not sure that's what you're looking for, though
