what kind of diaper rash cream
do you ladies use?
We've been using desitin, which appears to be doing nothing. Now we're trying Aveeno.
But i'm curious... what kind do you ladies use when the rash doesn't seem to go away? Is there one in particular that worked when no other would?

Boudreux Butt Paste is highly recommended by all of my friends. We haven't had any major rash issues yet so the Desitin / Butt Paste have been working fine.

I also let DS "air out" after wiping him to make sure his bottom gets dry before cream & diaper.......just make sure to have an extra diaper ready in case he pees......he got DH good once!!

Um, I remember a very WISE woman telling me once to get a tub of Aquaphor....YOU! 
That's what we use when she gets a little red and it's my favorite

That's what we use when she gets a little red and it's my favorite
yeah that's the next thing we'll be trying. Right now we're trying Aveeno to see if that makes a difference. Then its aquafor. Then triple paste. And so on.

Triple Paste or Butt Paste have worked well for me.
Also I agree with the previous poster who suggested airing out the area. If you're brave, let them go diaperless for a while just to get some air on there!!

Aveeno didn't work for us.
We used BU TT Paste in the beginning but that tends to dry the hiney out...
Then I used Arbonne...  eh, ok.
Always come back to Aqauphor. But make sure the hiney and willie (for your aunt ) are DRY before putting it on...if you don't then you lock in the moisture and it just gets worse.

Ive always used balmex...but its been more of a preventative than anything.
I also like desitin.
I dont have much experience with diaper rash, other than 1x when he had a stomach virus.
