Yogurt

Snack: Bag of Peanuts

D (tentative): Baked Chicken
Spinach Salad w/ Carrots

Dessert: 2 small cookies

Yesterday:

B: Cereal w/ raisins

Snack: Toast w/ peanut butter

Lunch: Grilled Turkey Sandwich w/ Artichokes
Half bag of chips (1 serving)

Snack: Peanuts (maybe I eat too many of these)!

Dinner: Black Beans with Veggies

Dessert: One small piece of leftover cake

Bad week . . . the scale is not being my friend this week and nobody's "visiting" for me to blame either. I think the soft pretzels and the pizza are killing me, though they are within my points, way too much sodium . . . .

I was away from Fri-Sun and ate tons of yummy food that was soo bad for me..Somehow I managed not to gain any weight but Im back on track now.

Snack: 2 bites of rice crispy treats

Lunch: (TGI Fridays )
2 D. pepsi's,2 fried mac and cheese balls, 5 fried green beans, portobello cheese sandwich w. roasted red pepper soup

Snack: 2 clementines, 5 pieces Lindt chocolate

Dinner: (will be) meatball parm hero - 3 meatballs, whole milk mozz, and french bread rolls

Okay, I've been off for awhile and haven't been doing so well the last few days. Lots of holiday treats and holiday parties lately. According to the scale, I gained 4 pounds since this weekend, but I think some of that has to be water weight--I didn't eat that much!

Anyway, here is my list from yesterday, which wasn't a great day, though not my worst either:

Breakfast
Granola with milk
Black Coffee
Fruit with yogurt (lowfat)

Lunch
Chicken Salad Wrap
Salad
Pasta Salad
Apple Pie
2 Chocolates

Dinner
Leftover Chinese--Curry Chicken
w/ Brown Rice
Leftover Toretellini
Salad with Carrots and Olives

Dessert: Chocolate Toffee Bar
