People would always say Damien looks just like Steve (my own mother included  ) I would carry a picture around of me from when I was a baby and people would think it was Damien, um no it's me  The older he gets the more he looks like me. He does have my DH's walk and some other things so wait as she grows you will see more and more of yourself in her

my nephew looks nothing I mean nothing like his Dad he is a little clone of his mom. I know my BIL gets upset time to time because he has the same name as his dad and he is the Stay at home Dad so he is with the baby all the time and people keep thinking that he is not his kid however, once you get to know him you can see he has his dad's personality. Plus kids def do change over time though I hear its common for girls to look more like daddy I know I do!

I feel you, I was just telling my husband that I was sad about the same thing. Everyone says that he looks like my DH and he does, he looks nothing like me. I'm Irish andmy DH is Haitian. I know that I'm crazy, but I dont want people to think that he is adopted when he is mine.

I looked EXACTLY like my mom when I was a baby - and now (I'm in my 30s) when people see me with my dad they always remark on how I have his eyes and nose.

Mine is all my hubby as well. I makes me depressed sometimes as well because I look so hard but there is none of me in there well besides the chunkiness LOL I'm just glad she's healthy but I hear what you are saying!!!

Awww, dont worry about it! My niece looked just her her dad when she was born, and now shes all my sister.
I hear it also that Julia looks just like my DH all the time.

 Don't be sad. My Ava looks nothing like me. She has my light skin color but that's about it. My husband is half Colombian and half Irish. She totally has his features. When she was first born- I thight she looked just like my husband's Aunt- who looks like a KEEBLER ELF!!!!!! They change sooo much...
