I second the Seafood Barge. Not extremely romantic, but the food is delicious. We also went to the Frisky Oyster, which has a little more of a romantic feeling. The food was good and it was more expensive than Seafood Barge but not as good.

The Inn Spot in Hamptons..it's only a 15 minute drive from baiting hollow.
Very romantic, great wine list and the chef comes out and makes things to order if you want.

Unless you want to head to Sag Harbor, Il Capuccino is AWESOME and so romantic too!!!
They have a website..check it out!
Also, the Country Kitchen is really good food too, and really cute inside, but not sure if it is so romantic....
