What kind of sauce with pumpkin ravioli?
What kind of sauce would you make to go with pumpkin ravioli? Please share recipes! Thanks!

I do brown butter and sage. After I brown the butter and sage, I add a splash of balsamic and then a splash of cream (take off the heat). Check out Martha Stewart's pumpkin ravioli recipe on how to make the sauce.

I made homemade raviolis yesterday and made a brown butter and cider sauce, since I didn't have fresh sage. It was delicious! I usually sprinkle toasted pecans or hazelnuts on top for a little crunch.
