WHat kind of UGG boot is good for
thick calves. I don't think I can get the regular one's on with pants I always do the short, but I see all these other styles (buttons, laces, etc) and I'm wondering if those would work.

I saw the cardy button ones on sale at Century 21 yesterday for $89. They were very soft and stretchy and I like the way they look folded down.

THANKS! I will probably go for these, but I really want the Kenly bad. I just think my calf is too wide esp with pants. UGH. I hate having big calves!!!

I have big calves too  I'm going next week with DH to the UGG store in Soho to pick out my pair for Christmas. I suspect I will get the Bailey button triplet, since it has the widest circumference.

I have the issue with my calves too ... and they're not even muscular - I just have tree trunks for legs! I hate that I can't wear any cute boots!!

i have think calves as well but the bailey button worked great for me!!! I was so excited that they fit just right

I have ones very similar to the Kenly but they zipper in the back. I weigh a lot now because I am pregnant and have weight left from DS#1 BUT when I first got them I was really thin but I have soccer legs, KWIM, I'm short and was a track runner from many years so I have those tree trunk muscle legs and even though I was tiny, I couldn't get those boots on without help from DH. I had to stand then wrap my arms around my legs to hold the tops together so that he could zip them up LOL. It took forever, now when I wear them (once in a blue) I have to get ready like a half hour before to get these things on and then I can't take them off on my own, DH has to pull them off my legs, it's quite the scene!

OK I think I will pass on the Kenly and go with the Bailey. Thanks for sharing
