What kind of window treatment is on your kitchen window?

What kind of window treatment is on your kitchen window?
I have a curtain and valance right now but I was thinking of going with a more modern look like honeycomb shades but they must get dirty fast with grease in the kitchen and I don't know if you can wash them.
What do you guys have?

What kind of window treatment is on your kitchen window?
I will shortly be putting up faux wood blinds, with a matching wood molding that will cover the hardware. My kitchen window is directly behind my sink and the faux wood blinds are completely waterproof.
