I use the chewable womens multivitamin by viactiv. I have bad IBS and have never been able to take a regular multi because it made me so sick. A pharmacist recommended this one to me because it has no iron. I tried it and sure enough I have been fine.

I use a prenatal vitamin that I bought in Harmon. My ob/gyn said that the over the counter prenatals are fine when TTC.

thanks for posting this-- after I read your post, I picked up some Viactiv.... I have a hard time getting vitamins down and they also don't make me feel very well. While these have 20 calories and a gram of fat-- it's still better to be able to take a vitamin than not.. Plus, it has 100% Folic Acid!

I have been taking my prenatals for over 4 years. Once I started trying with my daughter, then nursed her and just nver stopped. I took PreNate GT with her, then Over the counter target brand, then with my second pregnancy Prenate Gel (newer version of GT) and now I am on Rainbow Prenates with green herbs and other herbs.
