I'm now on Citrinatal also with DHA (2 pill daily). I have no stomach issues with it either. For me I like it because I was on disgusting chewables, so since I can now swallow a pill its just the best.

I'm on Citranatal with DHA too.
I was on Prenate Elite but the pharmacy told me it was discontinued.
So far none of the prenatals (prescription or OTC) have bothered me. I used to take Target brand or whatever I found at the drugstore.

the ones at costco are good i showed my dr and its like 300 pills for 14.00, i also take a dha suplement
