*Noxzema Triple Clean Anti-Bacterial Lathering Cleanser (contains Triclosan for those pesky pimples!)
*Alpha Hydrox Foaming Face Wash (ph balanced/non drying.)
*Clarisonic Pro (I use it at least every other day, if not every day.)

I was having some breakouts that I havent had in years. A few girls on here told me about this. it worked really well. I like it a lot

I am a proactiv user - sorry cant help with that. When I want a non abrasive soap I use netrugena acne wash. Netrugena also has a microclear treatment for any exsisting spots that is wonderful.
I wash my face everynight even if had make up on or not, I rinse it super well.
I use toner 2X a day.
I only use eye cream no other lotions.
I agree with no sugar,and water water water and plain green tea. I also take fish oil caplets.

Dove soap.
Same here. I am very oily and was using acne type cleansers that were ruining my face and making it worse. Switched to Dove and it cleared up...

I have normal to dry skin.
I use Aveeno daily to wash my face and an Aveeno exfoliating face scrub once a week.

I only use baby wipes to take off makeup and St. Ives Apricot scrub. It just works. I haven't had a pimple or blemish since I was 19. I also wear mineral makeup so I know that has contriubuted to my skin health. Simple works best for me as I have oily skin.

I use purpose liquid soap and clearasil pads (Paula Begoun recommends-only on nose and chin).
Proactive made my face break out. I find the less I use the better my face looks.

the oil-free neutrogena face wash works great, and if that's too drying cetaphil. only use a toner if your face isn't dry. it drys out the skin and will cause more pimples if it's dry to begin with.
stress can cause it. also watch what you eat. less sugar, etc. change your pillowcase often and get one with a high thread count.
if it's cystic, go to a dermatologist. it's the easiest way to get rid of them (i never had this until 3 months before my wedding - thank you stress). even if it's not cystic you can go and they'll take care of it. =0) gl!

Heidi, just curious if I have sensitive skin as well. Have you ever waxed your eyebrows?
The lady at the Benefit brow counter (see my eyebrow post) after she waxed me the first time my skin in that area became bumpy and of course red and then in the next day or two the skin above my eyebrows had little whiteheads. She said she has never seen anyone react that way before.. Just curious if that happens to you?
I never realized that I might have super sensitive skin and this waxing experience and her tweezing that makes tears come out of my eyes is making me wonder.

I really believe pregnancy cleared my skin. But I use Clean and Clear cleanser. I also use Dickinsons witch hazel wipes. I follow that with Juice Beauty moisturizer. My skin is relatively good now except for melasma
