What questions should I ask when interviewing pediatricians?

I tried doing a search, but I coulnd't find much - even though I know this has been asked before.

What questions should I ask, and what things are of great importance when meeting with different pediatricians?

For some reason this is so nerve-wracking for me. This is the person/people I will go to when my baby isn't feeling well, and I need to trust them implicitly. I want to make sure I'm making the best choice for my child. I've put it off long enough though, and need to get moving. I'm 35 weeks!

Can someone post a list of questions they asked when meeting/selecting their pediatrician?

I'm pretty sure I used the advice from the topics at the bottom...but my biggest thing was I wanted to know my Peds take on vaccines; what her schedule was like and overall thoughts on everything.

I wanted to know how aggresive she was when it came to prescribing medicines if my child got sick etc.

My biggest thing was in case of an emergency...how do I get ahold of her...how fast was she available.

Things like that I made sure I was comfy with.
