What should we expect to pay?
We have a contractor (we've used him many times in the past) working on a price for us and he is coming over tonight to discuss it. How much do you think is a fair price for....
Paver walkway 2 new steps (front door and side door) Blacktop driveway with a paver border 1 new door 2 new storm-doors
We might buy the doors ourselves at HD and have them install, but wanted to see what they would charge to take care of everything,
TIA!

Whatever they give you, contact Fernando because I guarantee he'll beat it.

Re: What should we expect to pay?
I just saw this response, sorry!!
They quoted us at $7500 for all.
Who is Fernando and do you have his contact info? Thanks!
ETA: He's also widening the driveway to fit 2 cars side-by-side and redoing our basement window area (digging deeper and lining with pavers.

Re: What should we expect to pay?
Fernando only does pavers and stone work. So he would not be any help.

We use them for the majority of work that we do on our house.

Re: What should we expect to pay?
That seems like an extremely fair price. Make sure that they include any demolition being done in the quote price. My DH has a construction/landscaping business and when he gives out quotes he makes sure to include the demo and itemized list in the quote and invites people to shop around. A lot of places wont include stuff like that in the original quote, and it becomes extra costs during the job. If it does include all that, its a great price.
