What time are all your meals and snacks?
I find myself starving before lunch.
I eat raisin bran with a banana at @ 6:30 then a fruit for sanck and my lunch techniclaly is at one.. but im starving at it's only 11:30!!!
what time do you guys eat BF, snacks and lunch?
ETA: Im on ww pluspoints.

You're starving because you haven't eaten any protein! Try adding egg whites or greek yogurt to your breakfast and you should feel more nurished. If your diet is well balanced, you shouldn't feel hungry as often.
I eat basically every 3-4 hours throughout the day. Breakfast is 6am, snack at 9, lunch at 12, snack at 3, dinner around 7.

Ugg I want to add something but Im on WW and the cereal is already about 5 points...i dont' have the time to make bf in the morning with a one year old to get of too daycare....so cereal is my only option...
fruits and veggies are "free" but I can't eat 3 bananas a day..ya know... I have to figure out a protein snack that is low in points too I guess.
Im not enjoy ww so far!!

i would eat a snack in between, from 6:30 to 11:30 is 5 hours and i would be hungry by then too! Maybe have a snack around 10ish to hold you over?
i usually eat breakfast at 7, then i will have a snack at 10, lunch at 12:30, snack at 3, and dinner around 6.

I agree with the protein!! Still have your fruit but add a little protein (cheese or yogurt) with it.
I have breakfast usually around 7-7:30 Snack is 10-10:30ish Lunch is around 12 2nd snack is 3 Anther snack around 4-5 Then dinner is usually around 7

I always have oatmeal for breakfast with a little peanut butter and it holds me for hours.
My schedule is
Breakfast 9am Lunch 1 Snack 4 Dinner 730
I usually have a snack after dinner as well.

I get out of bed at 6:45 and right off the bat have half a cup of skim milk just to get my motor running to speak.
I start pounding the water right away as well and that's about all I'll eat til I get a break at 9.
I'll have a bowl of oatmeal then.
Keep drinking the water until 11 or so and Ill have some fruit.
Lunchtime on most days I'll have greek yogurt because it has so much protein.
I have a few more snacks in the afternoon. Different things, fruit, string cheese, 100 cal packs of chips etc, more oatmeal.
LOTS OF WATER.
I eat as soon as I get home at 5:30
I usually make a smoothie in the evenings and have a snack when watching TV.

7:30: Breakfast (cereal and OJ or Eggbeaters, cheese, piece of fruit and Tea)
11AM: Snack: Luna Bar, Granola Bar, or a piece of fruit.
Btwn 1/1:30: Lunch: Sandwich (meat & cheese), Fruit, baked chips
4PMish: Fruit or Crackers..usually fruit and P.B.
7PM: Dinner
Dessert: Depending on points left over *either* *Here is where I get my 2nd milk in as well*
Turtle Bar (WW) Dark Choc. Raspberry Ice Cream Bar (WW) Brownie (WW) Pudding
Down the water like crazy too.

Maybe preboil some eggs so that you can just add a hard boiled egg as you are running around. Or roll up a couple of pieces of turkey.
I usually eat something little every 3 hours. Going 6 hours without eating makes me too hungry and then I will forage on unhealthy items.
