dinner 6:30-7, bed 7:30-8 (she does not fall asleep until 9 or later most nights though)

dinner is usually between 7-7:30 (wish it could be earlier, but we commute to the city) and she is in bed by 8:30.

DD eats dinner around 6pm- and we usually have her in bed around 7:45-8:15. She generally doesn't fall asleep for awhile, though.

dinner from 7-8 and bed at 945. but he has an 8 oz. pediasure right before bed.
he also vomits occasionally in his sleep but that is due to sensory issues and maybe having mucus or access saliva that he can't handle and it triggers his hyper active gag reflex (this is a guess though bc we don't truely know what makes him vomit.)
we keep 4 sets off sheets on his bed, each with a sheet protector under it so we can clean up as fast and easy as possible. i also have a chuck bin in his room. i know how hard it is.

We eat dinner between 4-5pm and my DC go to sleep at 7:30pm. They usually have a sippy with milk between 5:30-6:00pm.

Dinner usually at 7/7:30
Bed at 8pm...
Dh and i usually don't get home from work until 6:30/6:45 so we can't really eat any earlier.
