He is in the crib by 7:15-7:30
Wakes anywhere from 6:00-6:45 - usually much closer to 6am!
Same for Lucas

Samantha is 15 months and goes down around 8-8:30 and wakes up 6:30-7. She takes one long nap from 12-2:30 (sometimes 3) during the day.

20 months = in crib between 7:30-8. wakes around 7-7:30.
We do however have those few 5AM days once in awhile. It usually lasts for a few days then he falls right back into his normal schedule.
Hang in there. Hopefully it is just a temporary thing.
