what to do with a leftover ham?
Eggs, sandwiches, chef salads
I cut some up, served with pasta, peas and Alfredo sauce. DS liked that.
This looks good...maybe indivual ones using refrigerator rolls...

quiche - cut up into small chunks! my mom and I make the Bisquick one...so easy and so good!
with peas in a white sauce with pasta...like a carbonara but with ham instead of bacon
for lunch in a grilled cheese sandwich!

If you don't want to use it all now,,,,,,I dice & store in freezer bags & put out as I want to add to eggs, soups, etc.

Macaroni and cheese with ham
Ham and Peas in Alfredo sauce over pasta
Slice of ham and provolone inside a slit chicken breast, coat with breadcrumbs and bake
Scalloped potatoes with ham and cheese
Jambalaya (buy the Zattarans box for an easier version)
Gruyere and Ham panini
Ham and Bean Soup
Chef salad

My mom always cut it into cubes and then added it to sauerkraut and kidney beans. Cooked it up in a big pot and it was delicious. Not everyone likes it though....

Smithfield Foods has a recipe section that gives a lot of ideas of what to do with leftover ham. There are a couple of casserole recipes that sound really interesting and easy.
