What to serve with Ham?
We have friends coming over on Sunday & I am making a sangria ham- what sides go with ham?

PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE
20 oz. crushed pineapple (with juice)
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Bread crumbs (optional)
Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs, together and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at any temperature (along with main course in oven) until lightly browned.
Bread crumbs may be added on top before baking, if desired.

Cranberry Jello Salad (make the day before)
Cook 1 package cranberries and 2 1/2 cups water until they pop. Add 2 cups sugar, 2 (3 oz.) packages of cherry Jello, 1 package miniature marshmallows and cook five minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1 cup diced apples, 1 cup diced celery and 1 cup nuts. Refrigerate.

Sweet Potato Cassarole
Ingredients:
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until hot and browned.

Potato Salad w/ Green Onion
15-18 Red Potatoes, Cubed
Mayo (to Taste)
3 Green Onions (Scallions)
4 Hard Boiled Eggs, Cubed
Salt & Pepper
I am not a potato salad fan, but this version is delicious! I always make it for family gatherings and it's always a hit.

This is soo good:
Sue and Gloria's Baked Beans (Paula Deen Recipe)
Ingredients
4 (16-ounce) cans baked beans
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup molasses
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoon yellow or brown mustard
5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 (6-ounce) can french-fried onions, crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large bowl, mix together beans, pineapple, molasses, BBQ sauce, mustard, bacon, and a third of the onions. Add some salt and pepper, to taste. Pour beans in 9 by 13-inch casserole dish and sprinkle remaining crushed onions and bacon on top. Cook in oven for 1 hour or until beans brown and bubble. Serve warm.
I add extra french fried onions and bacon in the mix.

Twice baked potatoes. We used to do this for Easter w/ ham.
you bake potatoes, cut in half, scoop out the center and make mashed potatoes, add cheese, chives or whatever you like and put them back in the skins and bake.
