I received a lot of great gifts but my faves are.... tickets to the monster truck show next month (for the last 8 years there has always been something that came up that we couldn't go), I got a new laptop from my mom and bro and a new Vera Bradley Bag and laptop bag. Our families were VERY generous this year.

I was really lucky this year and got many things I really love. But, if I have to pick one it would be the remote starter for my car. He also surprised me by already having it installed. He took off work on Wednesday (I had no idea because he got up as normal) and brought it to get installed. He told me he wanted to take my car because it was overdue for an oil change. (Which he also got done that day.)

Tickets to see a show at the theater in Northport..may not be a big deal but looking forward to just going out with DH and having some alone time!

I thought the best gift was the iPhone DH gave me but then his grandma gave me a beautiful pair of earrings that belonged to her that she wanted me to have which was so sweet of her. That was my best gift.

DH bought me a George Foreman grill and the Harry Potter behind the scenes book that recently came out. Love both of them equally.
DH is already playing with his new toy- a GPS that can do the voice of Knight Rider!
I got that book and all the movies on Blu Ray. It's awesome! I think for DD's birthday, I'll get the books in hard cover and put them away for her until she's around 6 and we can read them (again!) together.

Disneyland Adventures game for Kinect
and tickets to 3 Broadway shows. We already saw the one I was most excited about - How to Succeed in Business. On Friday DH had me meet him in Manhattan for a "surprise". He took me to my favorite restaurant and to see the show, which was phenomenal

Being around my family all day was the best gift. DH is a cop and luckily Christmas fell on his day off and he was not called in for overtime.
We also got accepted for our new apartment after looking for a really long time for the perfect place. I'm looking forward to celebrating the new year in our new home!
