What you LOVE about your job thread...
I love the fact that if I have to be late or can't come in they are very very flexible. (works out so great because of Andrew)
I can wear sweatpants, etc.
I work in someone's private home which was just built before I started so everything is new. IE: bathroom
My bosses are such great people.
I get treated to lunch all the time.
I leave and run errands for them (gets me out of the office)

i dont pay for lunch ever. we get it delivered every day
4 weeks vacation
dress down friday
pretty casual every other day
it is a small office so it is more cozy
BONUSES!

Small office, so we are all close
Flexible work schedule when things come up.
Work Mon-Thurs 7-3...Friday 7-2
Casual dress & could wear jeans everyday

It's close to home.
I have my own printer at my desk.
I have a privacy screen on my flat panel monitor.
Free coffee & tea in the kitchen area.
Oh and they just ordered a 20-page automatic hole-puncher just for me so I don't have to do it 3 pages at a time manually.

I can wear whatever I want
Can take vacation or half days whenever I need to
TV in my office (tuned into CNBC all day)
My dad is my boss and we honestly have fun all day with each other

my office, is my parents house (with a built in grandma babysitter)
I can take Ella to work with me
I'm my own boss

Great boss (I don't think I've EVER called him an idiot - this is huge for me)
lots of overtime if I want it (and I usually do)
very often get free breakfast/lunch/snacks etc.

AWESOME benefits (good maternity policy, 100% employer funded pension account which is 15% of salary yearly - vested after 3 years)
3 miles from my house
flex time
4 weeks PTO (much less than when I was in public accounting but still pretty good)
Nice co-workers
decent salary and possible large bonus

- great co-workers/boss.
- the company is really great, i like their attitude towards teaching, they have lots of Personal Development sessions and tons of materials to use.
- i love working with different cultures from all over the world. the students can be really sweet! just the other day they gave me roses b/c i was going away for a month!
- i like where the job is located- Bondi in Australia.
