Re: does anyone have a good crock pot pulled pork recipe?
here you go:
2 1/2 lbs boneless pork ribs • salt & ground black pepper • 2 cups strong brewed coffee • 2 TB Worcestershire sauce • 2 TB bourbon whiskey • 10 cloves garlic • 3 cups beef broth • 1 cup water • 1 small onion, diced • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes • 2 (12 ounce) bottles bbq sauce
Season the roast with salt and pepper. Place the seasoned roast, coffee, Worcestershire sauce, bourbon whiskey, garlic, beef broth, water, onion, and red pepper flakes in a slow cooker set to LOW. Cook 3 to 4 hours. Scoop garlic cloves out of the cooker and mash with a fork; return the mashed garlic to the slow cooker. Cook another 3 to 4 hours. • Transfer roast to a large cutting board, and discard liquid. Shred the roast into strands using two forks, and return meat to the slow cooker. Stir in the barbeque sauce, and continue cooking on LOW for 1 to 3 hours. • Make sure to serve on fresh rolls! I used a roasted tomato roll which was out of this world! This ain’t kosher, but who cares when it’s this delicious! • Serve with green beans and almonds (see separate recipe).

Re: does anyone have a good crock pot pulled pork recipe?
Ingredients
* 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth * 3 pounds boneless pork ribs * 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
Directions
1. Pour can of beef broth into slow cooker, and add boneless pork ribs. Cook on High heat for 4 hours, or until meat shreds easily. Remove meat, and shred with two forks. It will seem that it's not working right away, but it will. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Transfer the shredded pork to a Dutch oven or iron skillet, and stir in barbeque sauce. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through.

I made heathergirl's recipe the other day - simple and delicious. I think I am going for it again next week...http://www.lifamilies.com/chat/topic-583663-1.html

pork loin, 1 bottle of BBQ sauce and cook on low for 6 hours. Shred with 2 forks when it's done.
