what's on your birth plan/baby care plan?
With baby due in a mere 5 weeks    I am starting to compile my baby care plan...
Here's what's on mine (so far)...
-immediately after birth baby is to be placed on my chest
-breastfeeding only (no pacifiers)
-baby sleeps in nursery (wake me for feedings)
-DO NOT GIVE baby Hep B shot
-DH is to cut the cord
-Donating cord blood
What's on yours?

Don't give me the play by play details of the c-section! 
I am pretty easy.
The OB and staff know I am EBFing and DH is being briefed on everything else.

that sounds like mine. I wasn't going to write it all down cause I don't want the nurses to feel like I'm ordering them around, but that's alot to remember so maybe I'll make an informal list like this and give it to them.
Also on mine would be to not do an episiotomy unless absolutely necessary.
