DH and I were just talking about this yesterday. I told him this year, the gift i want is for him to: Research a charity- find something that he really believes in, or something/someone that we could really help- either by donating money, time or supplies (food, clothing, etc) to. And then i want him to initiate that help.
My DH is not selfish- not even close. Everything he does, he does for US- for his family... but i think he has a hard time understanding that sometimes other people need a boost. Neither one of us were given much of anything to start out with, and we worked really hard to get where we were without much help outside of each other, so i think its hard for him to get past that "we worked hard for what we have, everyone else should too". So, that's what i want for christmas. (also, we're taking a trip, so that's usually our 'gift' to each other).

-Camera (I would love a DSLR- but I'll settle for a high MP)
-Running sneakers
-arm band for my ipod
-heart rate monitor
-diamond studs
-Pilates classes (a new studio just opened near me so I would love a gift card)

I don't really want/need any material things. Besides, I just got a new MacBook Pro as an early B-day/Christmas present.
I would really just love to go on a short vacation somewhere. Maybe to see friends or family. That would be ideal in my world.

The last 2 years I have had problems coming up with things. I guess that means I really don't need or want much.
However, I do miss my remote start for my car. We got a new car a few months back and I lost my old remote start on the trade in. So I need a new one now! I hate getting in a cold car. By the time I get to work, the car is just warming up!
