What's the most useless bit of trivia you learned from LIF?
There are definitely some very useful threads on the forum (with almost 8 million posts, I would hope so!  ), but there are also plenty of threads that aren't necessarily "useful", but you've "learned" something from them.
What's the most useless thing you've learned from LIF? By "useless", I don't necessarily mean that it wasn't helpful, and you won't use that info later on, but it won't be something you see on Jeopardy!....
What "FML" means...
What a "duckface" is...
That icicle lights are tacky...

That people actually wear new clothes and keep the tags on so that they can return them after wearing... I believe this info first appeared on LIW and traveled over to LIF

I learned that in college.... waaayyyy before LIW was around. A suitemate did that, as did some of his friends.

Some vendors like to cut up your order when you post on your experience with them on LIF..... But you still get awesome recommends to have good vendors do the job right....

that if you spell something wrong on a internet chat board...people may come out from under your bed and quote you and tel you that you spelled something wrong or used to many caps or non proper punctuations
