What's the most $ you spent on a purse?
I don't think I have ever bought myself a purse. I have always got them as gifts either from DH or mom. So curious.. What's the most you ever spent on a purse?

What's the most $ you spent on a purse?
The most I've ever spent was $480... in my single days when I didn't have to worry about a mortgage or other bills! Today, I try and keep it around $100 unless its for a special occasion, like my bday... then I might go up to $250. My last bag was a CK tote from marshalls. It was 89.99.

$200
ETA: I just can't justify spending more than that. ANd if I spend $200, I use it til it can't be used any more. I want my money's worth!

$500 for a marc jacobs bag. i don't spend that kind of $ anymore with three kids and being the sole provider of income in my household.

DH bought me a LV speedy.
This was way before DS and our house though.
I don't even use it that much now.
I probably purchase a new bag a season now and they are always super cheap from places like Kohl's or Target.
I always receive a lot more compliments on the cheap bags as well.

Same here. Biggest waste of money EVER. I will never spend that much on a bag again. It broke after a little over a year and I found nothing special about the quality.

And for what it's worth- I get more compliments on my Vera Wang bag that I bought in Kohl's for under $50 with a coupon/sale than on any bag I ever owned.
And I think I like it the best too.

I beat the hell out of my bags, so its not worth it to spend a lot. And I get bored easily and like to change it up a bit.

I'm too cheap to buy myself an expensive bag so I put it down for a special occasion for DH to get it. My MK was 448.00 but I'm on my 2nd year rocking it so def getting our moneys worth.
Last xmas I spent 358.00 for my mom's MK bag but hey she gave birth to me.

I bought my MK bag for $410. That was a divorce gift to myself. LOL I'm eyeing a Gucci for $1500 but I doubt that will ever happen.

$200 - first and only time, and only cause it was on Sale for 50% off and I got an additional employee discount at coach.
I dont even really like it, but im not a purse person. Im the crazy person the stranger tells that her money is sticking out of her @ss pocket.

They have great bags!! I get so many compliments on my cheapie bag, too. It was $30 and people always comment that it looks like it would be expensive!

My DH has spent over 2K on a couple of Bal bags for me.
At this point, I have a hard time going beyond the 2K mark. I try and buy new/like-new pre-owned, although my pre-owned bags run between 800 to 1600+.

I love Tia's Closet. I haven't purchased a bag from there yet, but I often consider it, and I buy jewelry there.
I have only spent over $100 once, but I am not that into bags.

The most I spent was $200 and that was for a Coach Bag from the Outlet. Usually my bags are no more than $50-$75. I refuse to pay more than $200 for a bag.
Same with shoes.

Around $500. But I love purses!!! Never did a LV though. Maybe one day. I spend the most on bags and shoes!
