whats with the sharp pains in my belly?

i have cramps occassionally which i know is normal but everyday i will have a sharp pain. its nots all day but noticable.

i hate that this time around i feel so negative. i dont know what it is with me but i feel like this is just all too good to be true and that this baby will end in a m/c as well. i am literally trying to detach myself as to prepare for bad news.. how awful!!!!! i cant wait to be out of the 1st trimester!
i should just go to the dr but i know its too soon and i dont want him to scare me and say that i am measuring small etc
i think i am 5wks.. no nausea, no fatigue..

I remember having cramps and twinges at that point, but never sharp pains. Have you told your doctor? I would probably let them know just for peace of mind. I'm sure it's nothing and just the usual weirdness that goes along w.pregnancy!

I used to have sharp pains on my left side in the beginning of this pregnancy. The pains were almost always on one side. As for the other symptoms, I felt absolutely fine until about 6.5 weeks pregnant and then I felt like I hit a wall going 90 mph.
I found I had a lot more sharp pains throughout the whole pregnancy which I blamed on stretching an d round ligament pain.

I get pains on one side or the other as well. I am a little over 5 weeks. I think I get it mostly on my right side though. I don't know if I would call them sharp pains but I def. notice them. They don't last long though.

I get some sharp pains as well and always get nervous but I honestly think it's gas pains

Yes! This is exactly me too. Sharp pains on my left side and some cramping. Don't feel sick, but with my first one I never had MS ever so that doesn't concern me.

I am 7 weeks and pretty early on I was getting sharp pains...mostly on my left side. They've definitely gotten better this past week though. I mentioned it to my doc and she said it wasn't anything to worry about.

I had some sharp pains and either side but the doc said they were normal.

Hey congrats. I remember getting some cramping and a few pains in the beginning. I just thought it was normal. Hang in there. Stay positive.
