What's your Easter dessert!
I'm looking for some ideas. Typically I do a cheesecake or a fruit trifle, or a cobbler.
Just out of inspiration......give me your ideas!
TIA

You can make a sunflower cake - the one with peeps on the outside and choc chips as the "seeds".

My family is more into rustic cakes than cakes with frosting and filllings, so I'm making this
Almond Cake

We're making the cadbury cream egg cupcakes. You freeze cadbury cream eggs and pop them in the batter before putting them in the oven. Since they were frozen, they don't bake into the cake itself so when you take a bite, you get the candy, too. YUM.

I think I'm going to attempt these too. I'm seriously dysfunctional when it comes to baking at times though lol
How long would you recommend freezing the Cadbury creme eggs for?

The stores near me didn't have the mini ones so I had to settle for PB cup cupcakes

I want to make that...but I can't seem to locate lady fingers! I'm hoping fresh market carries them (only in NC would I have this problem! )
