I like really heavy, jasmine-y, musky scents so my favorite perfume would be no help to you.
For a light, clean scent - I agree with PP who suggested Amazing Grace. It smells soooooo clean. When I wear it I get complimented on it a ton.
However, I get the MOST compliments on Calvin Klein Escape.
