I dont wash every day, I cant.
I wash every 4/5 days and even by then its HARDLY looking greasy/oily.
I wash w/shampoo/conditioner and usually a color treatment.

shampoo and condition ever 2-3, sometimes even 4 days (dry hair)...deep conditioning once a week

I have to wash my hair every day, otherwise it gets very greasy looking. I condition 1 per week, or really whenever I remember to do it.

Can I ask what shampoo you use, I find if I skip a day, my hair gets greasy.
only condition the ends
but on the off days i have mhair in a ponytail or a headband...so the grease is less apparent.
i rarely wear it down straight if i havent washed it that day

it makes my hair greasy if i wash it every day believe it or not
its not really healthy for ur hair to wash it every day-and it takes me an hour to blowdry it

Bc I have bleached hair and it would fall out.. My hair lady told me to wash every 2-3days.. I wear a shower cap when I shower and my hair always looks great and healthy.. you need the healthy oils and you strip them if you wash daily.. well for me anyway with all the processing.

I wash & condition every day (except for an occasional lazy weekend day).
Same here. I workout 5-6 days a week, so if I skip washing my hair it is gross!

my hair has never been dyed or anything and my hairstylist told me the same thing. I wash twice a week, three times in the summer.
If I straighten my hair, and it is not humid out I can go a full week!
I condition the ends, shampoo with Dove and now a clarifying shampoo bc of the advice I got on here!

TOTALLY agree!! That's what my girl told me too. My hair is actually in the best condition it's been in YEARS since I've stopped washing it so much......AND I have very dry hair so I don't have to worry about it getting oily.

If I blow dry my hair straight, I wash it every 2-3 days. I also use dry shampoo if necessary. If I am wearing my hair curly, I tend to wash it every day.

I wash every 4-5 days...shampoo & a conditioning mask
I'm lucky that my hair is nice and thick and that I can get away with washing it 2 times a week...its doesn't start to get oily looking until the 4th or 5th day..
I heard that its not healthy to wash everyday - your hair actually benefits from the oils...
Plus it takes a MINIMUM of 45 minutes for me to blow it out - and thats just getting it somewhat dried...add another 20-25 mins to style...NO WAY I couldn't deal with that everyday...

I was everday, and the lzst few days, it's STILL been looking greasy, even without conditoner or any styling products, and with a clarifying shampoo.

Every single day. My hair gets so greasy looking if I don't. Even if I was it at night I still wash it again in the morning.
I like the fresh clean feeling. It makes me feel better.

Ditto to this. Although my hair is no longer dyed/bleached, but if I washed my hair every day, it would be so dry and brittle. My hair also doesn't look it's best on the day it's washed. it always looks its best the 2nd and 3rd day. Go figure.

I wash every 2-3 days and deep condition. I could go even longer in the winter .....
I have long curly hair and according to my stylist sister, I should really only shampoo my scalp, NOT my whole head when I do shampoo b/c shampooing upsets the hair follicle or something and causes frizz ........

I wash every 2-3 days and I use the shampoo and conditioner in one stuff. I don't need conditioner because my hair is straight and fine but a little makes my hair feel extra soft.
