Everyday - either after I work out at night or in the morning... Rinse, lather, and condition... I keep the conditioner in my hair while I sugar scrub and soap down....all while my child screams downstairs in his pack n play!

every day except weekends if i dont go out
i condition every other wash , just on bottoms
i would love to go every other day but my hair looks wet by the second day w/ all the greez

i never understood why some don't wash their hair everyday. you wash/clean your body everyday, so why not your hair? 
Bc I have bleached hair and it would fall out.. My hair lady told me to wash every 2-3days.. I wear a shower cap when I shower and my hair always looks great and healthy.. you need the healthy oils and you strip them if you wash daily.. well for me anyway with all the processing.
Ditto to this. Although my hair is no longer dyed/bleached, but if I washed my hair every day, it would be so dry and brittle. My hair also doesn't look it's best on the day it's washed. it always looks its best the 2nd and 3rd day. Go figure.
ah, i see. i have tried washing every other day but my hair is fine and ALWAYS oily the next day. i heard that if you can get through the oily phase your hair will not produce as much oil. meaning the less you wash, the less oil produced.

In the Winter, I shampoo and condition every other day. I use conditioner on shaft and ends (not on the root).
In the Summer or if I use a lot of product (very seldom that I use anything but a shot of hairspray), I shampoo and condition the ends every day. I have fine, straight hair and my roots look greasy if I don't.

I used to wash my hair every day, and it was so oily. now I only do it 2-3 days and my hair has never looked better. I think by washing it every day, I was making it more oily and unmanageable

every 2-3 days
I have naturally dry curly hair
shampoo twice,then condition
hot oil treatment once weekly
then i blowdry and straighten it

I have very curley, dry, frizzy hair. I found that since I stopped washing it daily, it is somewhat better. I wash about 3 times a week, condition daily though. When I am not washing I make sure that I kinda scrub the conditioner in....and rinse really well. I feel that helps to remove product in my hair, without drying.

I wash my hair every 2-3 days, shampoo(most times don't repeat) condition , once a week deep condition or some kind of treatment, I love my hair and try to take good care of it every hair person I have ever gone to always told me not to wash every day, unless you work out every day or you have really greasy hair,even then you should skip shampoo every other day and use just a conditioner on the ends(or nothing other than water) .
