Wheat Grass
Ugh! Now I remember why I haven't touched it in 5 years. I revisited it after a discussion of the benefits...I'm trying to drink it now
Any recco on wheat grass drinks that taste good?

No.
I feel your pain. It's like drinking swamp. There are the tablets. Are those just as beneficial? The back of the bottle says to mix it into a smoothie with banana and whatnot, but I think that would just ruin the smoothie.
I prefer to enjoy my calories, so I suck down the sludge as fast as I can and move on.

I actually love it.
where did you buy it from?
I prefer it fresh from a juice bar.
They can also mix it with other stuff (ginger, apple, carrot) to make it bearable.

I forgot the name of the brand, I only bought a sample packet (thankfully) b/c the cannister was $$. I got it at Whole Foods. I'm going to try a juice place b/c a shot of almost anything I can do! ;)
Where is the juice bar you go to ? I'm in Suffolk

Mung Bean in Commack. It's in shopping center on Jericho, in same center as Joyce Leslie. They sell vitamins and other stuff, but have a fresh juice bar.
