when can we start tummy time?
how long do we keep DD on her tummy? 15 mins? thanks

start right away, do it for as long as the baby will allow...most babies hate it at first so do 5-10 minutes each day and gradually increase that time.

start right away. we started at like 5 weeks old. like 3 times per day for 10 minutes each session.

I started right away.. She likes if shes on my stomach, but hates when i put on floor or on toy.

does it count if they lay on your chest? it seems to be her favorite position.
the hospital told us to start as soon as we got home. 3x a day for 10 minutes.

we started right away but he gets very fussy and cries shortly after putting him on his belly..
Except when he's on my shoulder..
and yes- Tine73, i think that does count because they are still using their neck muscles and she's still on her tummy!
