When did you get rid of the bottle?
When and HOW did you get rid of the bottle?
Did you go cold turkey? Did your DC take as much milk/formula by cup as they did with the bottle?
Any advice would be much appreciated! TIA

fully at 15 months, we slowly took away the afternoon one, then the morning one, then finally the night one, and now goes in a sippy.

Just 3 weeks ago - we had to cut it out cold turkey - the born Free transition sippy cups were a great tool!!!! He loves them!

Two weeks before he turned 1. He hated bottles, so we just stopped and switched to milk.
He loves the take and toss cups.

We're trying to get rid of them now (DD turned 1 last month). We're doing a step down method of substituting one bottle for a sippy cup. We are going pretty slowly and hope to have her off the bottle by 13 or 14 months.

We went cold turkey at 12 months when we made the switch to milk. DD had no problems and never made a fuss.

Thank you---did you keep giving the milk/formula at the same time of day you were giving the bottle?
Did DC take in less once they were off the bottle? I'm worried about not getting enough fluids!
