When did you pierce ears, who did it, how much? - UPDATED with pic
We are going to the ped today at 2 to get the girls ear pierced. They are almost 3.5 months and the ped is charging us $65 each. Does all this sound about right?
I think DH is starting to have second thought about doing it. The girls are still on the tiny side (8.2 and 6.8) but they had DTAP so I think they will be fine.
We went through with it today and I looove them!!

I got my girls ears pierced at the piercing pagoda.. piercing is free.. all you have to pay for is the earrings which aren't alot at all (around 30-40 bucks, if that) and you can get a coupon online ;)

Wow! That's a lot! We had to pay $40 at the ped, and DD was 4 months. It would have been less at the piercing places but I felt more comfortable at the ped.
We are letting them close up now b/c DD is an ear rubber and can't keep anything in her ears.

I pierced DDs ears at 8 months. The Ped did it and she charges $60?? i think it was.
I felt better with the Ped doing it. trusted her more, especially cause DD does NOT sit still. They came out great and DD barely cried
I might pierce DD2s ears a little earlier than that though, not sure

I did the same thing. I believe the earings costed us like 40 bucks. If you go early morning on the weekend they have 2 ppl working so this way they can do both ears at the same time. DD was 4 months when we got it done.

We went to the ped but it was less.....i want to say $35 or $40.
I did it at about 6 months.

I got DD pierced at 3 months at piercing pagoda. It was free with a purchase of earings. They came to about $40. My Ped does them but not till 6 months and its $75  way more then I wanted to spend. Evelyn was very tiny and still is so I wouldnt worry about that. She did great and never had a problem at all. Ive changed them already and she just sits there and lets me do it. Doesnt cry or anything. I love them. I def reccomend doing them now while they are still very little and wont crab at them. Good Luck!

3 months at the Piericing Pagoda and it was around $35 for the earrings .(Grandma treated!) Never had any problems and she never touches her ears.

I had DD's ears done at Claire's when she was 3.5 months. It was around $30 and this included piercing, 14 kt gold studs and antiseptic solution.

We just did DD's at Piercing Pagoda. She's 3 months. I think it cost around $40 or so for the earrings. They only had 1 person working so they did 1 ear at a time. She hardly cried. We have had no problems with them. She doesn't even realize they are there.

My jeweler did them for DD when she was 8 months old. She didn't charge us, and gave the earrings to us as a gift. They came out great ;)

4 months, my mom did them (she's a Ped)...so we obviously didn't pay 
She'll be 2 in a few days and we haven't had any problems yet (knock on wood). I liked getting it done when it was quick and she wasn't aware enough yet. Plus in my culture, its pretty normal to get ears pierced young...I had them done around the same time when I was a baby.

adorable. I love it and did my dd at the peds when she was 6 months. So cute. ANd she has never touched them to play with them!!! When you are ready to change them, I went to MAcys and got screw backs. They are so cute. Just play with them before you buy b/c there was a pair I was able to get the backs off, but not the pair I bought!!
